You are looking at one package of 99 brown pipe cleaners, bought for making masks but ended up using something else. Any questions please ask. No returns , Just trying to get back what I paid for them.
Buyer is responsible for Shipping, handling.  I usually ship the same or next day after payment is received. I know when you buy something you want it quickly. Who wants to wait weeks? Returns: Item may be returned within 3 days. (unless otherwise stated in auction) Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. If you are not happy with the item you may return it within 3 days.
