Nice, rare and extremely beautiful silvered metal armilla bracelet.  Great for a Celt or a Roman's war trophy to be worn on their arm or attached to his Roman medal set or phalerae awards given for bravery in battle.   This armilla would have been part of his Military Awards & Decorations:
