Back in the day, this was the best analog handheld tester for analog base band video signals. You could even get the best focus with it. But analog systems are going by the wayside. BUT: If you still have to work on them, this test unit will save you much time and aggravation. You can tell in an instant the quality of the signal and perhaps figure out the reason for poor video by the readings. Saved me many times over 20 years!
Bought for over 0 new 20 years ago, here it is for a song.
No batteries or power supply included, just the unit. Requires a 9V battery or 9VDC transformer to work. Instructions how to use it are on the back. It has a stand on the back also, so you can raise it on a desk to see it better and it has a side power input in case you don't want to use batteries.
