Your order will be shipped within 12 working days of our receipt of your cover specifications. Due to size, we ship via freight carriers, not UPS or FedEx. Residential deliveries will be scheduled.
In the very unlikely event your item is damaged during transit, as long as DAMAGE is noted on the Delivery Receipt, then WE are responsible. We cannot assist if damages are reported after the delivery.

We contract with common carriers for Curbside Delivery Only
Your spa cover ships in a 49" x 97" x 12" box and weighs about 55 pounds
Delivery Address must be Tractor Trailer Accessible.
Tracking information will be emailed when your cover ships.
Once at the destination terminal, the carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
Delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside the buyer's control.
Fees charged by the carrier for missed or rescheduled delivery appointments are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping damages are rare, but they do occur. Should the cover be damaged,
DAMAGE
MUST
be noted on the Delivery Receipt, or we cannot provide any assistance. Write
DAMAGE
only - no more, no less.
If you leave a note permitting delivery without inspection, and the cover is damaged, you are acknowledging acceptance of the cover in good order and we cannot provide any assistance.
If you accept a damaged spa cover, we cannot provide any assistance.
Please make payment within 2 days. Only when we receive your payment will we contact you for your specifications.
All sales are final.  We do not accept returns of any kind. Your cover will be manufactured within a + / - 1 inch manufacturing tolerance on length and width. We are not responsible if your cover does not fit your hot tub but we are responsible to make it as specified.
