This is an adorable Sea Otter swimming and holding a green umbrella up as the rain falls down, designed by Kristen Jasper. Make sure to see all five pictures.
The handmade 27.5" x 27.5" finished Minky quilt
is a sweet addition to a girls baby nursery decorated with a tropical beach or sea life theme! It would be a great Baby Shower gift. It is perfect as a receiving blanket, a stroller or car seat blanket, and later as a Lovey blanket the child will love to snuggle with.
Both sides of the blanket are made from the softest Minky. I added a designer Minky with blue water bubbles around the center Sea Otter design. I then used coordinating smooth green Minky and a turquoise blue Minky with a bubble texture. I used a beautiful natural colored Luxe Cuddle Hide Minky from Shannon Fabrics for the border and back. This is such a soft and beautiful baby quilt that you will love even more in person!
